How I Work
I integrate multiple theoretical frameworks into a holistic mind-body approach:
Existential Psychology, Relational-Cultural Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I also specialize in working with Trauma using a body-based approach called Somatic Experiencing (SE). SE is a gentle therapeutic approach that can help you move beyond the fight-or-flight reactions your body may be stuck in after experiencing traumatic stress.
